Questions to our OTHER Lord, Bremen, go here.
So yeah. Can Fluffy attack AND guard in the same turn?

No. Fluffy is pretty much a normal Hime for all purposes.

What are Orphans? Are they ever gonna come into play? 'cause they sound like they'd be fun for me to utilize .

Orphans are the RP mechanic behind your ability. You create a giant monster and send it to terrorize someone, if they kill it it means they're a hime or being guarded by one.

And uhh... if they don't ?

Then the orphan knocks them out and wanders away. They wake up the next day babbling about monsters.
Edit: Which is to say, gameplay wise nothing happens. It's not a kill ability.

Will you know if you are attacked?

You, personally?
If you are actually attacked, yes, you'll know. However, your festival immunity makes you completely untargetable by any power granted by the festival, which means attacks against you by normal hime wont even go through; they'll receive a message that their power was blocked. In these cases you wont be notified.

I assume the same applies to me. In which case, I have the further question, if Himes can't attack us, how can we get actually attacked?

Any power that isn't granted by the festival works just fine on you.

So.... if Fluffy dies, we lose?

Is it possible for our win condition to change as a group? You said before that they won't change, but I'm unsure if you were talking about no individual will change, or the win condition itself won't change.

I know he said that no one would have an incentive to betray the group, so no individual changes, I think...

Then I'm curious about the possibility of a group change.
